Hello Panda Class !
We hope you enjoyed the activities last week, did you get a chance to explore any of the keeping active websites or did you manage to make a musical instrument and play along with your favourite song?
This week we are going to get in touch with our thoughts and feelings and focus on mindfulness and well being. Mindfulness is a helpful coping strategy which teaches us to calm down at difficult moments. Mindfulness breathing can be used to help us focus on our breath during times of worry, fear or stress. Take a moment to read our activities which you might find useful during these uncertain times.
On Tuesday West Yorkshire School Games are hosting a Virtual Sports Day. It is suitable for all children who take part whether in school or at home. Children get points for every challenge they complete. Please see the information below, hopefully it will be a fun alternative to a sports day!
