Helen is a former leader in secondary schools and now a retired School Improvement Adviser, though still doing some independent work as an external adviser for head teacher performance management. Aside from roles in education Helen volunteers with Age UK twice weekly and makes the most of retirement with a range of interests and a love of travel.
