History Weekly Challenge

 

This week we are looking at History. There are lots of activities you can complete on or off the computer. Can you investigate your own family, how far back in time can you go?  Can you complete a timeline of British History? How about learning all the Kings and Queens of England by learning a Horrible Histories Song? There's no need to do them all.

Family Member Interview

 

Can you telephone, facetime or email an older relative and find out how life was different when they were growing up. You will find out some interest things, funny stories and amazing facts. You can record what you find out as a podcast, video interview, story or even a factfile. Have a go you might be surprised at what you find out. Below there is a video about interviewing people and a list of questions you could ask to give you some ideas to get yourself going.
