We had the best day designing, building, and launching our bottle rockets! This brought together all of our learning from science, English, geography and more! The rain did not stop us, and we had the best time! 
 

Year 5 worked super hard in PE this afternoon! Grinch yoga, Christmas dancing & a core workout!

We had the BEST Christmas party! The Year 5 / 6 dance off was an easy win for us with our super moves! Way to go Year 5! 
 

The first group made their delicious spag bol! A fantastic end to our DT unit! The smell was divine!

We have loved learning about climate change in Geography (and guided reading), and the impact of plastic pollution! Check out our amazing posters!

A fantastic trip to Veolia to round off our Geography topic!

We are loving our science topic (forces). We learned all about gravity this afternoon and the work of Sir Isaac Newton! 

We had a fab time celebrating multiplication day in Year 5 this morning!

Our Science HOOK for our new topic forces was a huge success! Which team can best protect the egg from cracking from a 1m drop? All teams successfully protected the egg!
