I’m a qualified accountant and have been Head of Financial Planning at Leeds Building Society for the last five years.  Prior to that, I worked at Direct Line Insurance in a variety of roles.

I’ve been a governor at Cross Gates Primary for 15 years and my children went to Nursery here, so I have a wealth of experience of the school and the local area.  As governors, we are responsible for supporting and monitoring the school’s leadership team to deliver the highest quality education for your children.

Outside of work, I enjoy most sports and I’m a season ticket holder at Elland Road and can also be spotted at many a Rhinos game.  I also enjoy spending family time with our teenage son and daughter and going to the cinema.
