OFSTED November 2018... "You have quickly got to grips with what needs to be done and have accurately identified areas for improvement... good morale of staff... parents spoke positively about improvements to school... well motivated pupils, attentive in lessons and focused on their work... good relationships between pupils and staff... behaviour policy used fairly... pupils including the most able are now making good progress in writing... teaching of phonics effectively maintained... pupils achieve well in reading... safeguarding is effective... pupils understand how to stay safe... leaders have created a safe culture... pupils are taught vocabulary they would not usually use... books are well presented and handwriting is legible... teachers' feedback is effective... school is now embracing a maths mastery approach to deepen understanding... governors articulate with clarity the school's strengths..."
