We had a wonderful Easter workshop which began with the children performing to everyone! They amazed us with how wonderful they were and not a single tear was shed. Well, not from the children! Thank you everyone for attending. 

 

 

 

 

 

As part of our 'Wanderlust Nature Study' we have been learning all about birds. We made some food hangers for the trees and binoculars to go bird watching in the forest. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

British Science Week

In Nursery we learnt all about snails during science week. We observed them and discovered all about the names of the body parts. We also set up an experiment to see which vegetables they liked best! They seemed to love the carrots!

We also made our own transient art interpretation of their shells and did a picture in the style of Matisse's famous 'Snail' painting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dressing up fun!

A group of children had lots of fiun dressing up and singing and dancing around nursery. They were extremely entertaining!

 

 

 

 

 

Animals

Our Talk for Writing text was 'Dear Zoo.' We enjoyed learning all about animals and recreating some animal print patterns.
