Last week's outside reading for pleasure session was a reminder that sometimes the best way to slow down is to open a book. Fresh air, good company and uninterrupted time to read—simple, but so worthwhile. Looking forward to the next one. 📚🌿

Year 4 had a blast at Sports Day! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ From sprint races to team events, the children showed fantastic determination, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the afternoon. Well done, Year 4! 🌟

🌍💙 Green Week in action! We explored why Green Week matters, joined a WWF live lesson about our oceans, and learned about the challenges marine environments face. 🌊

We also discovered how freezing food can help reduce food waste and save resources. To finish, the children created fantastic posters and leaflets sharing practical ways to cut food waste at home and school! ♻️🍎

There was lots of excitement from Year 4 as they visited the new ducklings in Nursery! 🐥💛 A wonderful experience for everyone.

Last Thursday, Year 4 had a fantastic time during their first specialist cricket session! The children thoroughly enjoyed learning new skills and taking part in the activities. We’re already looking forward to the next session! 🏏
