Bio

I am a former leader in secondary schools and now a retired School Improvement Adviser, though still doing some independent work as an external adviser for head teacher performance management. Aside from my roles in education, I volunteer with Age UK twice a week and make the most of retirement with a range of interests and a love of travel.
